This was inspired by a shitty customer service experience with Dell, where I started thinking about how CRM software should be far more advanced than it typically is. That got me on my standard internal rant about how shitty Office is, which snowballed. I'm glad I got it out of my fingers.
It could be better, but I've been sitting on it for a day. I toyed with varying the style of the verse even more; but I'm not sure which would be more successful.
Aside from the message, there are things that I really like about this, not least the little LOTR reference.
